Frequently asked questions
What age can my child join Juzzkidz?
Programmes run from Daycare for children who have turned one by June through to Sr. KG for children who have turned five by June. Contact us to find the right fit for your child.
How do I choose the right programme?
Start with your child's age and your family's routine. Our team will talk it through with you during your visit and recommend the best fit.
Can I visit before enrolling?
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Book a visit and see a session in progress rather than an empty room.
How will I know what my child did today?
Your child's educator shares regular updates and there is always a short conversation at pick-up. More detailed reviews happen through the year.
What if my child has allergies or specific dietary needs?
Tell us at enrolment. The centre team plans around your child's documented needs and confirms the arrangements with you.
What happens if my child is unwell?
We ask that unwell children stay home to protect the group, and we contact you immediately if your child becomes unwell during a session.

Why play is the most serious learning a young child does
Play looks like downtime to adults. To a three-year-old it is a laboratory, a rehearsal room and a negotiation table all at once.

Settling in: what actually helps in the first two weeks
A calm start matters more than a fast one. Here is what we have found works when a child joins a group setting for the first time.

Reading together long before reading alone
The strongest predictor of a child's later reading is not early phonics drilling. It is how much they enjoyed books before they could read them.
Come and see a joyful morning for yourself
The best way to choose an early-learning programme is to see it in action. Talk to our team and book a visit.
